Bloke Ski Museum – the cradle of skiing in Central Europe

In the cradle of skiing in Central Europe, the original Bloke skiing is represented in the museum of the oldest documented skis in this part of the world. The museum's permanent exhibition shows original examples of Bloke skis from 1880 to 1940.

In addition to skiing, which the famous chronicler Janez Vajkard Valvasor defined as a true wonder of its time, you also learn about the life of the Bloke people and their ingenuity in winter conditions.

An interactive exhibition offering an authentic experience of life in Bloke links history, geography and important cultural heritage.
