Black Cave
Visit this cave to experience cave passages that are a little more challenging.
The Black Cave is part of the uniform cave system of Postojna Cave. The 3.3-kilometre-long cave beckons visitors with its large chambers and horizontal tunnels, and the large dark speleothems that give the cave its name.
The entrance to the cave is through a sinkhole. Inside, you'll find striking calcareous sinter shapes. The cave is connected to the Pivka Cave by a tunnel. Adventure tours of both caves are available.
In addition to the usual tour, you can choose from special arrangements – from trekking to guided adrenaline tours.
