The Štefe Farm

This family farm has been raising cattle and producing milk for generations. In recent years, production has also shifted to dairy products, which are made from the dairy’s own raw cow’s milk. The farm shop offers authentic homemade cow’s milk products: semi-hard cheeses, spiced cheeses, young cheeses, albumin quark, plain and fruit yoghurts, mozzarella, quark, soured milk, whey and grilling cheese.
