Štemberger Family Farm

The Štemberger Farm is located in the village of Vrbica, just 4 km from Ilirska Bistrica. The farm has been practicing small livestock farming and cheesemaking for many years. Their main focus is on producing goat’s milk products.

Regular consumption of goat’s milk and its products is beneficial for sensitive stomachs and intestines, it helps overcomes stress, anxiety and concentration disorders, can replace breast milk for babies and has no allergenic properties, which is why it is rightly known as “white gold”.
