He has been a beekeeper for nearly 40 years and lives by the motto: less, but of high quality. He follows the same principle for the production of bee products and has been part of the SMGO system (Slovenian honey with a protected geographical indication) since its inception, which requires the beekeeper to meet stricter quality and traceability criteria, as well as veterinary controls. Peternelj therefore provides his customers with the highest quality bee products with a geographical indication.
