Food is at the heart of the experience, with seasonal dishes prepared from the farm’s own organically produced ingredients. Taste homemade prosciutto and other cured meat specialities, enjoy guided tastings of cured meats paired with carefully selected wines, and visit the farm's small artisan prosciutto curing facility.
By prior arrangement and depending on the season, you can also enjoy unique experiences such as observing brown bears in their natural habitat or listening for wolves. The farm is also an ideal venue for seminars, educational programmes, culinary workshops, celebrations and corporate events.
